Our sunny 4,400 square-foot home has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation or group gathering. Step through the front door and you're greeted by a sprawling dining, living and kitchen area--perfect for bringing the family together. Game Room. On the ground floor is our incredible Batman Case-themed game room with PlayStation 5, Xbox, race car simulator game, and two-level play area for kids with slide and fire pole. The game room also has a 7-foot air hockey table to challenge your family and friends. Unlike many vacation homes in the area, our game room is fully finished and climate controlled -- critical given Florida's warm weather.

Kitchen. Enjoy all stainless-steel appliances, beautiful countertops and an upgraded kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, accessories — you'll find all the tools you need to put together a snack or a feast. Save time and have your groceries delivered the day of your arrival. We'll put them away and have the fridge stocked when you arrive. Just give us two days notice.

Dining. An eight-person dining table and an adjacent bar provides seating for a total of 12 indoors. There is also seating at the outdoor dining table for an additional six guests.

Patio & Pool. The pool is heated to 83 degrees and the spa to 99 degrees at no extra charge. This home has a large pool and spill-over hot tub perfect for the kids to enjoy their daily swim and adults to enjoy a soothing soak. Sit back and relax in the Florida sun on your private, poolside patio lanai. A large screening enclosure keeps Florida mosquitos away. A child fence keeps the little ones safe.

Living Room. Plenty of space to lounge and mingle on comfy sofas around a 65" Roku TV.

Loft. Spread out in the separate entertainment loft where you'll find plenty of games, a foosball table, and a 75" LED Roku TV perfect for family movie night.

Bed & Bath. Our home has seven large, elegantly decorated bedrooms and 13 beds, allowing everyone to spread out. We provide all the necessary linens and blankets for a good night's rest. A Pack 'n Play crib is also included. We provide bath towels as well as a starter kit of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Leave the hair dryers at home. We have those, too.

Kick back in front of one of our 12 LED Roku televisions -- one in every room -- equipped with cable television, Disney+, and ESPN+ for thousands of hours of on-demand and live content. Of course, the home is also equipped with wireless high speed internet, and some classic board games as well as, air hockey, and foosball.

Safety. Our home is located in a gated resort community. The home itself is equipped with digital keypad door locks. No fumbling with a lockbox when you arrive or having to check in with a rental agency. Each guest has their own unique code which ensures that you are the only one with access to the unit during your stay.

Kid-friendly. We've provided an easy-to-set-up Graco Pack 'n Play for bedtime as well as two baby gates to prevent access to the stairway. Four bathrooms have low-profile tub/shower combinations for an easy bath time.

Other amenities: The home also includes an iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, a large washer and dryer.

Our home is located in Central Florida's premier vacation resort, Solara -- a gated community of recently constructed homes in Kissimmee adjacent to Walt Disney World and numerous other Central Florida attractions. Countless dining, shopping and entertainment options are within a short drive. Our home is situated in the same section of the community as the resort, just a five-minute walk away along residential sidewalks and you won't have to cross any major roads. We supply a wagon to pull pool supplies you may need for the resort clubhouse. The resort is a luxurious recreational facility with a kids waterpark, playground, resort pool, restaurant, bar, free game room, fitness center, basketball court, beach volleyball court, soccer field, poolside bar, lake, and outdoor fireplace.

Easily walk to the nearby Solara Resort club and community lake. Transportation outside our community is usually by personal or rental car. Uber and Lyft are also popular options for getting around.

This home has driveway parking for four compact cars with additional overflow parking nearby. The garage is not available for parking.
