Our sunny 4,500 square-foot home has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation or group gathering. Step through the front door and you're greeted by a sprawling dining, living and kitchen area--perfect for bringing the family together. Large sliding glass doors open up to a spacious patio, screened pool enclosure and hot tub, creating true Florida-style living year-round! Book with confidence. Game Room. On the ground floor is our Star Wars-themed game room with four gaming stations, each with its own Sony Playstation 4 console and 55 inch LED TV -- perfect for hours of group fun. The game room also has a 7-foot air hockey table to challenge your family and friends. Unlike many vacation homes in the area, our game room is fully finished and climate controlled -- critical given Florida's warm weather. (Read below for info on our additional upstairs entertainment loft).

Kitchen. Enjoy all stainless-steel appliances, beautiful granite countertops and an upgraded kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, accessories — you'll find all the tools you need to put together a snack or a feast. Save time and have your groceries delivered the day of your arrival and we'll put them away for you.

Dining. A 12-person dining table separates into two tables of eight, if needed. An adjacent bar provides four extra seats for a total of dining for 20.

Patio & Pool. Pool is heated to at least 83 degrees and the spa to at least 99 degrees at no extra charge.* This home has a large 26 x 12 ft pool and spill-over hot tub perfect for the kids to enjoy their daily swim and adults to enjoy a soothing soak. Sit back and relax in the Florida sun on your private, poolside patio lanai. A large screening enclosure keeps Florida mosquitos away. Ample outdoor furniture and deck chairs allow everyone to spread out. An available child fence keeps the little ones safe. Prepare a group meal and dine alfresco.

*Please note: when outdoor temperatures dip below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not be able to keep up.

Living Room. Plenty of space to lounge and mingle on comfy sofas around a 70 inch LED TV.

Loft. There's more space for family gatherings on the second floor in the Florida-themed loft/entertainment area with a large couch, foosball and shuffleboard tables, and a 70-inch LED TV for memorable family evenings.

Bed & Bath. Our home has eight large, elegantly decorated bedrooms and 11 beds, allowing everyone to spread out. We provide all the necessary linens and blankets for a good night's rest. A Pack 'n Play crib is also included. We provide bath towels as well as a starter kit of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Leave the hair dryers at home. We have those, too.

• Suite 2 (2nd floor) - King bed with en suite double-vanity bathroom and shower. Bedroom has 32 inch TV.

• Suite 3 (2nd floor) - Two full beds with en suite double-vanity bathroom and shower. Bedroom has 32 inch TV.

• Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor) - Two twin beds in a Minions-themed room with shared "jack-and-jill" bath with shower/tub combination. Bedroom has 32 inch TV.

• Bedroom 5 (2nd Floor) - King bed with shared "jack-and-jill" bath with shower/tub combination. Bedroom has 32 inch TV.

• Bedroom 6 (2nd Floor) - Queen bed with double-vanity shared bathroom with shower. Bedroom has 32 inch TV.

• Bedroom 7 (2nd Floor) - Twin/Full bunkbed Toy Story-themed room with double-vanity shared bathroom with shower. Bedroom has 32 inch TV.

• Bedroom 8 (1st/ground Floor) - Queen bed with en suite bathroom and shower. Bedroom has 43 inch TV.

Entertainment. Kick back in front of one of our large LED-screen televisions -- one in every room -- equipped with Disney+, ESPN+, and Amazon Prime for thousands of hours of on-demand content. Of course, the home is also equipped with wireless high speed internet, and some classic board games as well as the five Sony Playstation 4 consoles mentioned above, air hockey, foosball, and table shuffleboard.

Safety. Our home is located in a secure, gated resort community. The area is quiet and safe. The home itself is equipped with digital keypad door locks. No fumbling with a lockbox when you arrive or having to check in with a rental agency. Each guest has their own unique code which ensures that you are the only one with access to the unit during your stay. (You can even pick your own code.)

Kid-friendly. Breakables and dangerous items have been moved out of the little ones' reach. We've provided an easy-to-set-up Graco Pack 'n Play crib for bedtime as well as an available baby gate to prevent access to the stairway. One bathroom has a low-profile tub/shower combinations for an easy bath time.

Other amenities: The home also includes an iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, and an extra large washer and dryer.

The resort is a luxurious recreational facility with: a lazy river, waterpark, graded entry pool, whirlpool spa, free arcade, fitness center, playground, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, restaurant and lounge, tiki bar, lake, fishing pier, outdoor fireplace, and private cabanas.

Our home is located in Central Florida's premier vacation resort, Windsor at Westside -- a gated community of recently constructed homes in Kissimmee adjacent to Walt Disney World and numerous other Central Florida attractions. Countless dining, shopping and entertainment options are within a short drive. Our home is situated in the same section of the community as the resort, so your short walk to the resort clubhouse is fully side-walked and you won't have to cross any major roads. The resort is a luxurious recreational facility with a lazy river, waterpark, graded entry pool, whirlpool spa, free arcade, fitness center, playground, tennis and basketball courts, beach volleyball court, restaurant and lounge, tiki bar, lake, pier, outdoor fireplace, and private cabanas.

Easily walk to the nearby Windsor at Westside Resort club and community lake. Transportation outside our community is usually by personal or rental car. Uber and Lyft are also popular options for getting around.

There is no garage parking available.

The pool and spa tub pose a serious risk of drowning to individuals who cannot swim, especially children. Guests must insure appropriate measures are taken to prevent access to the pool by such individuals, including use of door locks and the pool safety fence.
