Our sunny 4,700 square-foot home has everything you need for a wonderful family vacation or group gathering. Step through the front door and you're greeted by a sprawling dining, living and kitchen area--perfect for bringing the family together. Large sliding glass doors open up to a spacious patio, screened pool enclosure and hot tub, creating true Florida-style living year-round! Book with confidence. Game Room. On the ground floor is our incredible Marvel-themed

game room, with two Xboxes, a PlayStation 5, and two Pandora Arcades which have well over 1000 games for you to choose from. The game room also has a 7-foot air hockey table and foosball to challenge your family and friends. Unlike many vacation homes in the area, our game room is fully finished and climate controlled -- critical given Florida's warm weather.

Billiards . If you're up for a little Pool, you have the right house. Our slate pool table awaits you.

Kitchen. Enjoy all stainless-steel appliances, beautiful countertops and an upgraded kitchen. Pots, pans, dishes, accessories — you'll find all the tools you need to put together a snack or a feast. Save time and have your groceries delivered the day of your arrival. We'll put them away and have the fridge stocked when you arrive.

Dining. An 8-person dining table and two adjacent bars provide seating for a total of 18 indoors. There is also seating at the outdoor dining table for an additional 6 guests.

Patio & Pool. Pool is heated to at least 83 degrees and the spa to at least 99 degrees at no extra charge. This home has a large 26 x 12 ft pool and spill-over hot tub perfect for the kids to enjoy their daily swim and adults to enjoy a soothing soak. Sit back and relax in the Florida sun on your private, poolside patio lanai. A large screening enclosure keeps Florida mosquitos away. The pool and spa face south, maximizing sun exposure. An available child fence keeps the little ones safe.

*Please note: when outdoor temperatures dip below 60 degrees, the pool heater may not be able to keep up.

Living Room. Plenty of space to lounge and mingle on comfy sofas around an extra large LED TV.

Loft. There's more space for family gatherings on the second floor in the loft area so families can spread out when they want to.

Bed & Bath. Our home has nine large, elegantly decorated bedrooms and 12 beds, allowing everyone to spread out. We provide all the necessary linens and blankets for a good night's rest. Two Pack 'n Play cribs are also included. We provide bath towels as well as a starter kit of shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and lotion. Leave the hair dryers at home. We have those, too.

Entertainment. Kick back in front of one of our large LED-screen televisions -- one in every room -- equipped with Disney+, ESPN+, and Amazon Prime for thousands of hours of on-demand content. Of course, the home is also equipped with wireless high speed internet, and some classic board games as well as, air hockey, foosball, and pool table.

Safety. Our home is located in a secure, gated resort community. The area is quiet and safe. The home itself is equipped with digital keypad door locks. No fumbling with a lockbox when you arrive or having to check in with a rental agency. Each guest has their own unique code which ensures that you are the only one with access to the unit during your stay. (You can even pick your own code.)

Kid-friendly. Breakables and dangerous items have been moved out of the little ones' reach. We've provided two easy-to-set-up Graco Pack 'n Play cribs for bedtime as well as an available baby gate to prevent access to the stairway. Two bathrooms have low-profile tub/shower combinations for an easy bath time.

Other amenities: The home also includes an iron, ironing board, cleaning supplies, two extra large washers and two extra large clothes dryers.

Guests have access to the entire home and no areas are shared. Guests also have complimentary access to the Solara Resort club located just a three-minute walk away. The resort is a luxurious recreational facility with a kids waterpark, playground, resort pool, restaurant, bar, free game room, fitness center, basketball court, beach volleyball court, poolside bar, lake, and outdoor fireplace.

Our home is located in Central Florida's premier vacation resort, Solara -- a gated community of recently constructed homes in Kissimmee adjacent to Walt Disney World and numerous other Central Florida attractions. Countless dining, shopping and entertainment options are within a short drive. Our home is situated in the same section of the community as the resort, just a 3-minute walk to the resort. We supply a wagon to pull the pool supplies you may need for the resort clubhouse. The walk is fully side-walked and you won't have to cross any major roads. The resort is a luxurious recreational facility with a kids waterpark, playground, resort pool, restaurant, bar, free game room, fitness center, basketball court, beach volleyball court, poolside bar, lake, and outdoor fireplace.

Easily walk to the nearby Solara Resort club and community lake. Transportation outside our community is usually by personal or rental car. Uber and Lyft are also popular options for getting around.

This home has driveway parking for four cars with additional overflow parking nearby. The garage is not available for parking.
