📌 This apartment is located on the first floor of a house and includes private access to the entire first-floor unit. Guests enter through a shared common entryway, which splits into two separate units.
📌 Both the backyard and parking area are shared spaces between Unit 1 and Unit 2. While the interior of each unit remains private, guests should be aware that outdoor areas are communal.
📌 This property comfortably accommodates up to 2 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 3 guests if needed.
📌 We offer options for early check-in and late check-out, subject to availability. Please note, there is a fee for early check-in and late check-out.
📌 Mid-stay cleaning and other concierge services are available upon request for an additional fee.
