✔️ After using the pullout sofa or air mattress, please remove the bedding before folding or deflating it.

📌 This property comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, but we are happy to consider hosting up to 12 guests if needed.

📌 Pool heating is available for an additional fee. To have the pool ready and warm for your arrival, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice.

📌 We’d like to set your expectations that the pool temperature will be determined by the weather temperature, as this is a contributing factor if the heater reaches its limit and is unable to overcome the weather.

📌 Travelling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with supplies available upon request, including a Pack ’n Play/travel crib, highchair, and board games. Fees may apply upon the host's discretion.

📌 Surveillance or recording devices on property - Please note that we have exterior cameras facing the driveway, pool area, and side of the house.
