How to request a guest review
Request a review by email, or copy the Share review link and send it yourself. The share link is the route to use if the guest has unsubscribed from Houfy emails.

Log into Houfy.
Click your profile picture in the top right of Houfy.
Manage Listings.
Edit > Reviews.
Click the Request a review button. (Direct link: houfy.com/edit-listing/YOUR-LISTING-ID/reviews)
You then have two ways to invite the guest:
Send email invitation - enter the guest's email address and click Send request. Your guest receives an email with a link to the review form.
Share review link - click Copy and send the link yourself, by text, WhatsApp or your own email. Use this if you do not have the guest's email address, or if the emailed request did not reach them.
If the guest has unsubscribed from Houfy emails, Houfy will not send them the request. The message that appears after you click Send request says so - read it rather than assuming it went, and use the Share review link option instead.
Your guest needs a free Houfy account to submit the review; the link takes them through sign-in first.
