How to add reviews from my Website / Tripadvisor / Booking and others to Houfy?

Airbnb, Vrbo/Homeaway and Tripadvisor reviews can be imported into Houfy automatically - see How do I connect my reviews from Airbnb or Vrbo?

Reviews from your own website, Booking.com, Flipkey, Google or anywhere else are added by hand, one at a time:

1. Go to Manage Listings, open the listing and click Reviews. (Direct link: houfy.com/edit-listing/YOUR-LISTING-ID/reviews)

2. Click Add a review.

3. Under Guest's stay period, choose the year and month of the stay.

4. Under Select reservations from the list, pick the booking if you have one on Houfy. If you do not, leave it on Choose reservation - it is not required, and you do not need to create a booking first.

5. Under Review source, choose the website the review came from: Houfy, Airbnb, VRBO, Homeaway, Booking.com, Flipkey, Tripadvisor, Google or Other. This one is required.

6. Enter the guest's name, the star rating, the review title and the review text, tick the box confirming the review is genuine, and save.

Houfy sorts all reviews by date, so it does not matter what order you add them in.
