Yes, in most cases - you do not have to write your replies before importing.
VRBO and Homeaway: each time you click Sync reviews on the listing's Reviews page, the host reply on every imported review is refreshed from VRBO. A reply you add on VRBO after the import appears on Houfy at the next sync.
Airbnb: a sync brings replies across when your Airbnb review count has changed since the last one. If the count is exactly the same, Houfy skips the listing and a newly added Airbnb reply is not picked up.
You cannot reply to an imported review from Houfy - replies to Airbnb and Vrbo reviews have to be written on those platforms, and Houfy brings them across on the next sync. Only reviews left on Houfy can be replied to here.
