If a single imported review is unfair or retaliatory, e-mail us at info@houfy.com. We look at these case by case, and support is the only way to remove one individual imported review.
You can also remove imported reviews yourself, but it is all or nothing for each link. On the listing's Reviews page, every imported Airbnb or Vrbo link has a Remove button that deletes all the reviews that came in from that link, together with the link itself.
Please be sure before you use it. It cannot be undone: those reviews are deleted, the link is removed, and your listing's rating is recalculated without them. You can only import them again while the original Airbnb or Vrbo listing is still live.
