Does Houfy automatically update my Airbnb and Vrbo connected reviews?

Hosts should periodically pull in the latest reviews as Houfy does not automatically update reviews.

The process only takes a few seconds. Be sure replies to reviews are finalized before pulling the information into Houfy. You will not be able to pull these in at a later stage.

Not if you already imported the review. Once the review is imported, any replies cannot be imported later.

Houfy saves all data imported or added to your Houfy listing.

No. You can only reply to Houfy originated reviews. Replies to Airbnb and Vrbo reviews must be done via their respective platforms.
