Does Houfy automatically update my Airbnb and Vrbo connected reviews?
Hosts should periodically pull in the latest reviews as Houfy does not automatically update reviews.

No - connected Airbnb and VRBO reviews are not refreshed automatically. You pull them in yourself, whenever you want them up to date.
Open the listing's Reviews page: click your profile picture in the top right, choose Manage Listings, open the listing, then click Reviews. Each connected site is listed with a Last synced: time. Click Sync reviews on that row to pull in anything new.
How long it takes. An Airbnb sync normally finishes while you wait. A VRBO or Homeaway sync runs in the background and can take a few minutes - you can leave the page while it works. If our reader cannot reach VRBO right away, the request is queued and completes within 24 hours.
Replies you have written on Airbnb or VRBO. You do not need to finalise them before importing. A VRBO sync refreshes the host reply on every review each time you run it, and an Airbnb sync brings replies across whenever your Airbnb review count has changed. You can also simply write the reply on Houfy - open the review and click Write a reply.
