Puerto Vallarta vacation rentals

The condo is very comfortable with all the conveniences of home. We especially appreciate the well-appointed kitchen and the rooftop terrace. The location is perfect. It is just a few blocks from the tourist hustle bustle of the Zona Romántica and el centro but in a quieter and more interesting section of Colonia Emiliano Zapata. There is instant access to the Isla Cuale, which affords a more tranquil route to the Malecón and el centro. There are numerous outstanding dining options nearby that are not as busy or touristy. There are also mercados, carnicerías and tortillerías nearby for doing your own cooking. Communications with Jeff, the owner, are outstanding. He made sure we had everything we needed for our stay and made it clear we could contact him for any help we might have needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze with keyless condo lock codes personalized for us. We felt VERY secure in this condo. Thank you Jeff!

At first the pictures looked to good to be true but upon arrival we were stunned as it was even better than advertised, the location is perfect and close to everything. The amenities were top notch and the service provided by Philip the host was amazing as well. If you are looking for a spacious 2 bedroom right on the ocean this place is as good as it gets and we will be going back many times.

This was our second stay at Villa Rosa, and again it's hard to describe how wonderful it was! Where to start; 1.) Tom (the owner) is GREAT to work with - that's probably the single most important component - and we can't say enough how patient he was answering questions and making arrangements for our stay. 2.) The villa is SPECTACULAR! This is a "died and gone to heaven" experience - and there's so much to describe - the big staircase up three floors to the massive chandelier in the cupola; the panoramic vistas from the living room, dining room, pool, terrace, and all three bedrooms; the master bedroom and bath; the veranda's off of each bedroom. This place rocks in so many ways! 3.) Carlos and Vanessa - they get their own line and they deserve it! They will take care of you while you visit and Carlos' food is amazing. Favorites: french toast breakfast; the chicken or shrimp kabob's; fruit plates in the morning; roasted vegie plates in the evening; Fresh squeezed Orange Juice; Carlos’ Mango Margarita's (and I have the recipe from him!). They are dear and sweet and Tom is very fortunate to have them watching over things - they did a great job! 4.) Proximity to Los Muertos Beach and "Old Town" is fantastic - everything WE wanted or needed was close by. It's a 10 minute walk to the beach or downtown. The walk back up to the villa is a bit arduous - but it's a good way to work off Carlos' cooking AND a cab is just 40 pesos from the beach if you prefer. The property was spotlessly clean during the entire stay and the bedding was changed daily. We can't say enough about how GOOD our vacation was and how much of that was based on the accommodations. This home was fantastic. We had 9 members in our group, and it was the perfect amount. Although the house can sleep a total of 14. The house was spotless, the pool and hot tub crystal clear. So much space for a big group. A rare thing with a VRBO is that this property has a staff. They are super friendly and super helpful. There was a full breakfast for us each morning and if we wanted we could create menus, the staff would shop and prepare meals. This is extra of course for lunch and dinner but well worth it. This has all the luxery comforts of home, big bedrooms, beautiful bathrooms, wifi, and televisions in all the rooms. A seperate kitchen on the second level if anyone wants to be creative in the kitchen. The staff will do light laundry upon request. Our stay was fantastic and I would not hesitiate to come and stay again. It is walking distance to good restrausnts and a short IN-DRIVER car ride away from Costco, Sams Club and Walmart. If you want to get to Central PV and the beaches it is only a $5.00 IN-DRIVER ride away. Do not use Uber. Download IN-DRIVER. It is cash only so have pesos, but super easy to use. I highly recommend this property for any stay in PV. We all loved it!!!

Spent two weeks at this wonderful condo where Jeff was the host. Jeff was very responsive. The condo had a very easy check-in process upon arrival, and the condo is not only beautiful but also has great views and is only a couple blocks from the beach. The condo is fully stocked w/everything you could want and beautiful furnishings, decorations, and a large balcony to sit outside. The bed was very comfortable, the shower was great, and the AC units worked great. The condo complex has an amazing rooftop pool w/some of the best views in the city of the beach and mountains. There is a bartender who is really friendly and makes great drinks at the pool, and there is a Jacuzzi too. The location of this condo is the best, as I was able to walk to everything you could possibly need or want, and everything is at your fingertips just outside the condo. I highly recommend this condominium and host (Jeff) if you are staying in Puerto Vallarta in the Zona Romantica neighborhood. Amazing stay here!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Casa Feliz in Puerto Vallarta, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. This charming property is a perfect blend of old Mexico charm and modern convenience. The Spanish-style architecture, with its elegant tile floors, beautiful wood doors, and graceful archways, gives it a unique and authentic feel. One of the highlights was definitely the location. Casa Feliz is centrally situated near all the great restaurants and nightlife, if that’s your thing, and it’s just a short walk to many local attractions, including the Malecón, Los Muertos Pier, and Lazaro Cárdenas Park. It’s the perfect base for exploring the best of Puerto Vallarta. Inside, we had all the modern amenities we could want - a fully equipped kitchen, a Full jug of bottled water, great air conditioning to keep things comfortable, and (to top it off) a rooftop pool that was an absolute dream. The pool area offers an unsurpassed view over Banderas Bay, especially at golden hour, making it the perfect spot for photos and relaxation with an unobstructed ocean view. Check-in was handled smoothly by the front desk staff, who were fantastic. Luis, the property manager, was incredibly attentive and checked in with us via text and even in person to make sure everything was perfect. His local tips were invaluable and made us feel right at home. In short, Casa Feliz is a gem for anyone visiting Puerto Vallarta. We’re already looking forward to our next stay and would highly recommend it to anyone. It’s a place that truly feels like a home away from home.

I had an incredible stay at Serge and Alexander’s amazing 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in Puerto Vallarta! From the moment I arrived, everything was perfect. The space is spotless, thoughtfully designed, and filled with personal touches that make it feel both luxurious and welcoming. The location couldn’t be better—close enough to walk to the beach, amazing restaurants, and local shops, and quiet. The rooftop area was an absolute highlight! The views are breathtaking, especially at sunset, and the rooftop bar is the perfect spot to relax with a cocktail and soak in the ocean breeze and sun. Serge and Alexander were phenomenal hosts—friendly, responsive, and genuinely eager to make sure I had the best experience possible. They went above and beyond with local recommendations and made me feel completely at home. I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing getaway or a vibrant local experience, this is the perfect spot in Puerto Vallarta. I can’t wait to visit again! -Josh

It certainly is self explanatory! We love this condo. It was our second stay: (Lily is her manager when she's renting. Another fabulous person in PV!! Hi Minda, OMG! Another lovely vacation at "Casa De Minda"! We are loving every moment! Our boys are having a great time and my wife and I are enjoying our 2nd trip to your fabulous condo! We copied you on a letter thanking Lily for the chef's she had recommended for our evening tonight!! my wife always provides the best in meals for our children and this time I really wanted to treat her to more than a home cooked meal! Lily really follwowed thru! Our friends had a chef last year.. As good as she was, nothing compared to the chef's that Lily sent over tonight! They were 2nd to no one! It was fabulous! We not only have enjoyed our 2nd stay in your lovely condo... but tonight was the topper! This is truly one of the best family vacations we have had! Our boys are now old enough to appreciate the finer things... and being 23, 20 and 19, they are young but definitely old enough to understand how special this vacation has been. You have really provided us with a fabulous place to have very special times together! I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart, as we begin week 2 of what has been one of our best times together as a family! That was our letter to her. This condo has everything and is very maintained. My only concern in writing such a great review is that someone will book it when I want to return. Lol! It's a find and certainly on of the best kept up places ever. The condo decor is very upscale and certainly involved a designer or owner with great taste!
