Gulf Breeze vacation rentals

Home was listed exactly as stated and was so well at making us feel comfortable. The pool and game room left there no room for bickering for our kids. It is always a big plus for us when we are allowed to bring our four legged kids with us so them having a closed yard to run around in was perfect. The pool was a great bonus for the kids when they did not want to walk to the beach which took us a total of 5 min. The home gave us lots of amenties to make us comfortable (towels, cart for beach, cooking accessories, pool accessories, etc). The home is also close enough to food and shopping but far away to give you privacy to relax without feeling like you are in the middle of all the tourist attractions. Great home overall 5 stars in our books.

our family of 4 stayed here for 3 nights. It was a fantastic vacation and it was great to slow down and spend the time with family and kids. We checked in at around 4 PM. Check in is a breeze - its all digital. Communication with Rob is flawless. Pool was heated and it worked like a charm through out our vacation - my kids and i loved it and spend a good 3-4 hours a day in the pool The house is also on a great location. from the living room, bedroom and front porch - you have a direct view of the Sound - its a fantastic feeling just relaxing sipping coffee or wine and watching and hearing the water. The walk to the beach is about 3-5 minutes - and its a lovely walk and the beach is pristine. loved the long walks on the beach. It has 3 bedrooms - so more than enough room to spread out. Has 2 bathrooms - every bedroom and living has Smart TVs to keep everyone engaged. Kitchen and dining room are well equipped. This is a lovely home for a vacation with family. Highly recommended.

My family and I were in town to visit my son for his birthday. The house was so clean and cozy and accommodated our needs perfectly. It is also in a great location. It was easy to get an Uber trip downtown to celebrate his birthday in Seville quarter. We had everything we needed in the house. Bill and Mindy were easy to get ahold of and checked in on us throughout the trip. They even made sure we got there and did not have any trouble accessing the property. There was also a nice basket of snacks and coffee left for us along with some waters in the fridge. That is nice to have after you have been on the road for a few hours. I also recommend checking out the little vegan cafe a couple of doors down. They have some great food options and it's a short walk away. There are several other restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend staying here. The house is amazing and you will thoroughly enjoy your visit.
