Panama City Beach vacation rentals

The sixth floor one-bedroom, two-bathroom condo was very nice, high enough for privacy but low enough for a great view of the sand and water. The owner (Faith) was readily available to answer questions and really easy to work with. You can tell how much she cares that we really relax and enjoy ourselves while renting from her. Even though only two of us stayed there-- due to the bunk beds in the hall alcove, the sleeper sofa in the living room, and the two full bathrooms --it's big enough for a family. Most importantly, the whole condo was nice and clean. We liked using the code lock on the door so we didn't have to carry and keep track of keys for the place. Also convenient was the attached parking garage. We arrived the Saturday after Easter Sunday and there were maybe 30 cars in the parking ramp at any given time. We always got a parking spot near the 2nd floor walkway. The luggage carts were really helpful at the start and end of our stay. The cushioned beach lounge chairs and umbrella service was phenomenal. It was included with our stay and saved us from having to rent beach chairs (as at some other beaches). All we had to do was sit down on the first day (which actually happened to be Tuesday for us, once the rain stopped), and, sooner or later, Christian came by to ask which condo we were in. Right when we gave him the number, he knew it was "Miss Faith's." He asked if we wanted that same set of chairs for the week and he even remembered our names the next day. I would stay in this condo again and I recommend it to anyone else who wants a great beach vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay. Host was Very responsive. Everything was exceptionally clean and organized. Loved the full sized washer and dryer! Really loved the comfortable master bedroom Mattress. My oldest son did suggest however that it was about time to change out the other bedroom’s mattress. My middle child and youngest enjoyed the bunk beds. It does get cold on the top bunk so be sure the littles bundle up for bed. Plenty of chairs and beach toys to use if you need them. The fridge kept everything nice and cold. Plenty of things to cook with. I personally enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the master but be warned the shower can get pretty hot very quickly and has extremely good water pressure. So if littles take showers just be aware of that. I adored the decorations and just loved the rocking chairs on the patio. It was actually my selling point on renting the unit. The only drawback we had was the parking situation as we had a large sized truck to park and had to go to the very top of the deck. But we got out exercise in so no biggie there. I think you and your family would have a wonderful time at this condo if you are considering it.

Condo is in Tower II, and Tower I only had one elevator working so the wait was long. Tower II has a different address but we were given instructions to take elevator up to level 3 from Tower I and go across the crosswalks around to Tower II to get on the elevator for the room. We could have gotten on the elevators in Tower II to begin with since we flew in and was dropped off by a rideshare. We quickly adjusted the the landscape of the buildings. Over all our stay was very relaxing. The Master suite is huge! The pillows were too firm for my preference but the bed was comfortable and I slept very well. It has a large ensuite but because I'm short, I was unable to adjust the shower head to my height but I made it work. We did have to search for the bath towels and they were located under the sink in the front bathroom. Owners gratefully provided four beach chairs and toys which my 5 year old grandson loved playing with in the sand. This was helpful and cost effective for us since we flew in. On our next visit I hope beach unbrellas are added to the beach accessories. Kitchen appliances and washer and dryer are top of the line. The room is right across from the elevators but it wasn't noisy or distracting. Plenty of games are provided for family play time. We loved having onsite Security and being in walkable distance to other restaurants and even a bowling alley. Sunset were spectacular and being on the 6th floor was perfect. We cannot wait to come back!!

This was the perfect home away from home for our beach vacation! Plenty of room for our group of 6 and well decorated. Excellent location directly across from the beach access. This made for an easy walk to the beach and we could run back quickly for meals and not have to cart over a whole day’s worth of stuff. My kids enjoyed the pool immensely. It was nice to have the pool to escape to when the waves got too rough. The owner was excellent to work with, and was extremely prompt in answering my questions from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here during early March. It was my husband, our 3 year old, and myself. We were a little worried of the spring breakers but it wasn’t too bad. We were told by others if you are looking for less traffic and people then to go further down as this area of town is pretty busy. The entire condo complex is actually really quiet during the evening. The weather was still a bit colder than what we would have liked. The wind didn’t help either especially being on the 19th floor. We probably got 1-2 swim in ocean days and the rest were spent in the heated pool which was really nice. This unit is in a high raise building complex but it wasn’t too busy. Elevators didn’t take long to get us from our unit down to pool level. The only annoying part for us was they were doing construction right in front so getting to the garage right under the complex was bit of a pain. As far as the condo unit itself, it is very clean. The cleanest condo we have ever stayed in. Host provides a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towel, washing dish pods, bar soap, iron with ironing board, tv in both bedrooms and living room, 2 coffee machines (regular and Keurig), toaster, small container of shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Towels are provided to shower in and the washing and machine was a nicer unit to wash clothes in. Don’t forget laundry detergent soap if you plan to do that. There were left over toys for the beach for our son so we didn’t have to buy or bring any which was nice. Entire place is title so no carpet which was nice. The balcony is huge and views are amazing being on the 19th floor. The balcony goes from master bedroom to the living room. Table, chairs, and bed chairs are provided on the balcony. We don’t have any complaints but the master bedroom bed. It was very loud when trying to lay on it and not that comfortable. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and the unit we were in.

Took my mom here for Mother’s Day for 5 days and we were very impressed. My mother is handicapped and to get to the beach there were no steps and just a short walk. The boy running the beach chair service was very friendly and helpful. Only downside with him is if your an early beachgoer, he is usually the last one to get chairs set up compared to the other condos. Usually around 9:30 is when he was done. Oh and if you didn’t know, he works strictly on commission so if you want to do any beach activities I would go straight to him. Across the street from the condo is a daiquiri shack which has all sorts of snacks, drinks, beach supplies, even some things like laundry detergent you might have forgot. Now back to the condo. The condo was very clean and had all the cooking utensils you might need. The beds were comfortable (except for the pillows) and everything was beautifully decorated. If you had any questions the owner was extremely quick to respond to texts. The only issue with the condo is the thermostat would automatically turn up to 80 degrees in the middle of the night. I’m sure the owner could of fixed the issue but honestly we forgot to contact her about that. There were two levels of parking underneath the condo and a parking deck across the street with a crosswalk. The view from the balcony on the 15th floor was amazing and we felt very comfortable in this home. We will definitely be back.

Our family had an amazing time staying in this home. From the beginning of our reservation until checkout the owners had wonderful and quick communication. The home was just like the pictures and our family of 8 had plenty of room. The beds were all comfortable, water pressure was wonderful and the house was nice and clean. The amenities such as all the pools, the 18 hole putt putt (owners had clubs for us to use), the easy walk to the beach (even with littles) made it so incredibly nice to have so much to do without even having to take a car ride. The location was also so wonderful that their was so much to do with not having to drive far at all. Our families favorites were spending time at Pier Park (so many shops and restaurants), Frank Brown Park (wonderful for kids of all ages), and Wonder Works. We would definitely stay here again :-)

Andrea goes above and beyond to make sure her guests are taken care of! The condo is so nice and very spacious! It was more than enough room for my husband and me. Everything was clean and perfectly in place. I was truly impressed by how clean the condo was. The bed was so comfortable. I’ve had back surgery so that’s a very important thing for me… when I mentioned how great we slept, Andrea shared her secret on the mattress topper. I’ll definitely be ordering us one soon!!! We can’t wait to go back to PCB and stay here again. Next time, our son will be joining us so we will get to use the pool more with him. We stayed on the beach and only got into the pool once during our stay. The umbrella and chair rental was so convenient too. Andrea has made sure that we had anything and everything we needed to kick off our vacation. If you’re looking for a nice spot away from the hustle and bustle of PCB, this condo is perfect. We could easily get to the restaurants and bars by car/Uber. The condo is located in the perfect spot and would be a great place to visit with kids!
