Rosemary Beach vacation rentals

Kelly’s place is wonderful - We’ve been coming to 30A/Rosemary for years and although this location is not ON the beach it is an amazing spot. It’s walkable to many fabulous restaurants at the 30A Avenue and is easy to cross Hwy 98 to get to Rosemary. (Kelly informed me that there will be an underpass built which will make crossing even easier!) We found it not even a half mile walk to get to our favorite spots in Rosemary or even to the beach. We loved having access to everything while still feeling tucked away from, what can sometimes be, a very crowded Rosemary Beach. There is the cutest breakfast restaurant and coffee shop just feet from the house that made the mornings so pleasant! The beds are comfortable and the home is very clean. The only thing I will mention is that the house is right up against HWY 98 so you can hear a bit of highway traffic HOWEVER it never bothered us. The neighborhood was so quiet and the home is so cozy we hardly noticed it. Outside of that Kelly was the most accommodating host. She reached out before our stay and during to check in and was so reachable if needed. My husband, myself, and our dog has such a relaxing stay here and we will for sure be back!

We have visited Florida and stayed at many different places, this one was by far the best. The owners were absolutely fabulous, extremely quick to respond and friendly. We were provided with all the access information prior to check in as well as an extensive list of recommendations in the area. The attention to detail in this home , beautifully decorated and stocked with anything that we would have needed. It is spacious, had a plethora of beach accessories, 5 bicycles and the community swimming pool is only a few houses down and is very family friendly. Great area to ride bicycles in as well as a short ride to the beach. Did I mention the 2 Instagram walls - yes they have them. They also had several games and numerous childrens books. Oh, and a Peleton, hand weights and a yoga mat. I would highly recommend Treasure Palms, it is a great place for adults and kids alike. Short drive to Panama City, Seaside area and Destin. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay and will definitely be back!
