We call this unit SUNSET. A cozy Two bedroom, One bath apartment on the Gulf Of Mexico at the Ozona Waterfront Villas. Ozona (Palm Harbor) is one of west Florida's best kept secrets. Lush palms, massive oak trees, lagoons, open Gulf views with sunsets, a quaint and fun downtown area with antique shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, wellness center and so much more. Walking or golf cart driving distance to downtown Ozona, and downtown Palm Harbor. Ride your bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway with restaurants and beautiful sunsets, rentals for paddle boarding, kayaks etc. (kayaks can be rented for a daily fee, inquire with host for details)

THIS BEAUTIFUL UNIT IS ONE OF FOUR ON THE PROPERTY. THERE MAY BE OTHER GUESTS RENTING THE OTHER APARTMENTS. HOWEVER, THERE ARE SEPARATE TABLES AND LOUNGING AREAS THROUGHOUT THE PROPERTY. SHARED DOCK, BBQ GRILL, PUBLIC LAUNDRY ETC. LAUNDRY ROOM IS ON THE SIDE OF THE SINGLE STORY BUILDING BEHIND THE BROWN DOOR. IT WILL BE UNLOCKED.

Honeymoon Island, another local favorite is at the end of the causeway. Spend hours on Honeymoon Island and/or Caladesi Island enjoying sunsets and relaxing. Fish from the dock!

Close to Dunedin, Clearwater Beach, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks, and so much more.

Bike ride, walk, or run on the 45 mile Pinellas Trail which is only feet away from the apartment. Pinellas Trail runs from Tarpon Springs to St. Petersburg.

The apartment amenities include firepit, private dock(s), wireless internet, cable TV, full kitchen and more.

The apartment can sleep 5. There is a king bed and a double bed. The fifth person would have to sleep on the sofa.

Kayak Rentals are $20/day and a hold harmless agreement is required.

SMALL TO MEDIUM SIZED (UNDER 50LBS) PETS ARE ALLOWED, HOWEVER THE PET FEE MUST BE PAID WITH BOOKING. IF PET FEE ISN'T PAID AND A PET IS FOUND IN THE UNIT AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED OVER AND ABOVE THE STANDARD PET FEE RATE. YOUR PET CAN NOT DISTURB OTHER GUESTS. THEY MUST BE FRIENDLY WITH PEOPLE AND OTHER PETS. DROPPINGS MUST BE PICKED UP. IF YOUR PET BARKS CONTINUOUSLY OR DISTURBS OTHER GUESTS YOU WILL HAVE TO STOP THE DISTURBANCE OR YOU WILL HAVE TO CHECK OUT WITHOUT A REFUND.
