Sunsets, Golf Cart community, a fun downtown area with shops, restaurants, bars, breweries, and much more. Walking distance to downtown Ozona, & downtown Palm Harbor. Ride a bike or drive to the Dunedin causeway & Honeymoon Island w/ restaurants and beautiful sunsets, dolphins etc.

The space
Cozy 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with garage play room. Screened in porch, outside patios, firepit, full kitchen and more. Designed with a comfortable den in the rear of the home and the living room on the opposite side of the home. Great design for privacy when traveling with other couples and giving children their own space. PETS ARE ALLOWED, HOWEVER PET FEE MUST BE PAID WITH BOOKING. IF PET FEE ISN'T PAID AND A PET IS FOUND IN THE UNIT AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL BE CHARGED OVER AND ABOVE THE STANDARD PET FEE RATE.

Price includes kayaks, bikes and access to fishing. Bikes may be stored across the street at 607 Betmor Lane. Ask host for details.

This home is located about 75 feet from the Gulf of Mexico. You can cross the street and enjoy fishing, kayaking, sunsets and more at our sister property across the street. You can fish at our sister property directly across the street. There are 4 apartments at our sister property so the area is a shared area.

Hold Harmless agreement needs to be signed and submitted to owner before using the kayaks.

Some other amenities include high speed wifi, firepits, laundry room, TVs w/ streaming and live TV and more.
