Refundable Damage Deposit

Security deposit is collected on the check in date. This will cover any damage and incidentals incurred on or in the property while during the guests stay. Security deposit will be refunded to the guest so long as damage has not been incurred on or at the property. Security deposit will be refunded within 3 business days following the guests check out.

Cancellation Policy

Travelers who cancel at least 14 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund.

If full amount of deposits and full booking amount inclusive of Reservation Price, Cleaning Fee and Taxes is not collected by 14 days prior to check in, the booking will be cancelled at 13 days before check in and deposit will be retained in accordance with cancellation policy.
