Located in the Lavaca neighborhood which has great bars & restaurants. Perfect for shopping, art, Convention Center, and downtown events!
The first bedroom is off the living space. It has a queen size bed, its own full bathroom, closet, a smart TV, and its own private balcony with two relaxing chair hammocks.

The second bedroom is towards the end of the house facing the driveway. It has a queen size bed, closet, and a smart TV. There is a full bathroom which is next to this bedroom and next to the washer & dryer closet, off of the living room.

The living space has an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting. The living room has a couple of individual seats, a comfy poof and a pull-out sofa couch facing a large smart TV. The dining room has a table which seats 6 people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish and cookware, and state of the art smart appliances.

The outdoor space is fenced with plenty of space. There are several Adirondack chairs outside in the low maintenance landscaped grounds, and a relaxing egg chair on the front balcony.

We have a charcoal grill available by request.

There is a garage loft structure on site which is not available to our guests.

We have outdoor cameras for your safety, and the house is protected with a home security system.
