Enjoy the home's outdoor spaces, stroll through the quaint historical neighborhoods of Lavaca/King William, bike/scooter through Downtown, or relax in the hot tub. Walk to local bars, top rated restaurants, and coffeeshops. Great for shopping, art, Convention Center & events! The first bedroom faces the street. It has a queen size bed, a work desk, ensuite full bathroom, a large closet with a biometric safe, and a smart TV.

The second bedroom faces the backyard. It has a queen size bed, a closet with a biometric safe, ensuite full bathroom, and a smart TV.

The third bedroom is the upstairs loft (we keep a child safety gate in the downstairs hallway). It has a king size bed, an armoire, its own full bathroom, and a smart TV.

There is a twin-size bunkbed nook located upstairs, with a farm door. This is a great place for small kids.

For additional arrangements, we have cots available by request.

The main living room is an open floor plan with lots of natural lighting. The living room has a large sectional facing a large smart TV. The dining room has a table which seats 8 people, and there is a large kitchen bar with extra bar stool seating.

The kitchen is fully equipped with dish and cookware, and state of the art smart appliances. There is a top-of-the-line smart washer and dryer available for use on the first floor.

There is an additional half bathroom downstairs.

The backyard is fully fenced and has a 7-person Hot Tub. We have a charcoal grill available by request.

The front of the house has a porch with available seating to take in the morning or afternoon.
