Nice 3 level condo facing Attitash Ski Area in the front (Building 2). Very close to ski tunnel and Matty Bs.

3 bedroom 3 level condo in Building 2 at Attitash Mountain Village. The unit faces the mountain and is a very quick walk to the tunnel to take you to Attitash and to the indoor pool, hot tub, and Matty Bs (onsite restaurant). There isn't a better location for access to the mountain!
Lots of amenities within the complex, including indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, playground, tennis courts, biking/XC trails, and access to the Saco River!
The condo is set up as follows:
- First Floor - Open living room/dining/kitchen area, Outside patio area with patio furniture, 1 full bath
- Second Floor - 1 bedroom with a king bed, 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 3/4 bath, laundry
- Third Floor - Loft bedroom with 4 twin beds
A/C units located in 2nd floor king bedroom and 3rd floor loft bedroom. Brand new Mini-split A/C on first floor
