These room has multiple windows which let in great light and and lovely views. In the main room of the condo you will find a new couch to relax on. As well as an extra chair for seating along with seating for 6 around the table for dining.

After a day full of adventures Evergreen Summit is the perfect space to come back to rest. There are king & queen beds in the bedroom and a queen murphy bed in the main room. With so many amenities included in your stay you might never want to leave!

A queen murphy bed is located in the main room. It can be put down for sleeping at night or put away during the day to allow more space in the room. We also provide family games, blocks and books for our younger guests.

In the main room of the condo there is a kitchenette with fridge, cooktop, microwave and toaster/air fryer, coffee maker, blender and dishwasher. We have dishes, cups & utensils for adults and kids. Pots, wine glasses and basic spices included too!

A dining area that seats 6. The table is the perfect place to enjoy a lovely meal or play a game. A highchair/boost seat is available at the unit at all times for our youngest guests. Highchair can be found in closet with a selection of board games.

Evergreen Summit has 2 bathrooms. This bathroom located on the main floor has a jacuzzi tub as well as shower stall. Towels, hairdryer and a starter pack of shampoo and conditioner are provided for you.

Located on the same floor as the main room is a full bath. This bathroom includes a tub and separate shower stall. A hairdryer and towels are provided for your use. A starter pack of shampoo, conditioner and soap also available for you.

This bathroom is located on the same floor as the bedroom. This bath has a toilet, sink and shower. Towels, hairdryer tissues and toilet paper all provided. A starter pack of shampoo, conditioner and soap also supplied for you.

A king bed is located in the bedroom. The bedroom also features blackout curtains for making your rest even better. Bedding is provided for you during your stay. Nightstand lights have USB ports and outlets. A TV w/cable is also located in bedroom.

In the main room there is also a queen bed and bedding is provided. A TV with cable is mounted in the bedroom. A Pack n' Play is also provided for use for our youngest guests. **You must provide your own sheets for the pack n' play.**

Located inside the bedroom is a desk and lamp for your use. There are two outlets located near the desk. You also have access to Wi/Fi during your visit.

A community grill is available just outside, on the side of condo for your use. We have grill utensils available for your use in the kitchen of the condo.

Sauna and indoor hot tub for your use located just outside the gym.

The indoor pool is available year round for your enjoyment. A hot tub is located just outside the door where can enjoy the view of Attitash. Located just outside of the pool area is a game room with arcade games and other fun games for you to enjoy.

This hot tub is located just next to the indoor pool, it provides great views of Attitash Mountain.

Pictures is 1 of two playground on the resort grounds for you to use while visiting Evergreen Summit. Also show is the halfcourt basketball court for you to enjoy.

Just a short walk from the condo you have beach access to the Saco river.

Looking for more fun outdoor activities available to you at Evergreen Lodge, we have you covered. You also have access to tennis courts as well as a basketball half court for you to utilize. You must provide your own ball and racquets.

We are located just 4 miles from Story Land!

We are located just 4 miles from Living Shore Aquarium.

Matty B's Mountainside Restaurant is located just a short walk from the condo on the resort property. Great food and atmosphere when you don't want to cook or travel far from the condo.

Sleigh Rides are available for you for a a small fee in the winter.

Arcade games, air hockey table, pool table just waiting for you! The game room located at the resort that you may use during your stay. Games are changed out occasionally so make sure to stop by to see what they have during your stay!

Our condo is the perfect place for a family vacation! We have a pack 'n play and highchair available for your use. We have lots of games perfect for the whole family as well as some blocks and books for our youngest guests. You will find in the kitchen lots of dishware and utensils perfect for little ones. The bathroom even has a step stool to help them if needed. There are 2 fun playgrounds for kids to enjoy. There is also a game room located in the Resorts main building which has arcade games, a pool table and air hockey.
