The Pony Haus is a 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home designed for families and groups of up to 11 guests.

• Bedroom 2, upstairs: King bed and Roku Smart TV
• Bedroom 3, upstairs: 2 Queen beds and Roku Smart TV
• Bedroom 4, upstairs: Twin XL over Queen bunk bed, indoor climbing wall, Nugget couch and Roku Smart TV

INDOOR SPACES

The fully stocked kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, Ninja blender, Keurig, drip coffee maker, Ninja Air Fryer and Instant Pot. The dining table seats 10, with additional counter and breakfast-nook seating. The living room features a large sectional, 65-inch Roku Smart TV and board games.

OUTDOOR SPACES

Enjoy the private pool and spa, propane firepit, charcoal grill, outdoor dining area and poolside lounge seating in the fully fenced backyard. Pool heating is available for an additional fee, while spa heating is complimentary.

FAMILY AMENITIES

A pack-n-play, high chair and kids’ dining ware are provided. The home also includes high-speed Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and free driveway and street parking.

Guests have access to the entire home and backyard amenities. The garage is not available for guest use.

POOL & SPA
Swim at your own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty. The pool reaches approximately 6 feet deep, and children must be supervised at all times.

• No glass in the pool or spa area.
• No food or drinks in the pool.
• No running or diving.
• Please do not tamper with pool equipment or remove the pool vacuum.

POOL HEATING
Pool heating is available for $100 per day with a 2-day minimum and may be used when the ambient temperature is between 69°F and 80°F. Please request heating at least 24 hours in advance to allow time for the pool to preheat.

The pool and spa share the same heating/filtration system. Using the spa temporarily pauses pool heating, which resumes after the spa is turned off.

SPA HEATING
Spa heating is complimentary and may be used when the ambient temperature is above 34°F. Please limit spa use to approximately 2 hours at a time and turn the spa off when finished.

POOL MAINTENANCE
The pool is professionally serviced every Thursday. Because the pool is uncovered, leaves and outdoor debris may occasionally enter the water. A pool net and wireless robotic pool cleaner are provided for guest use.

PEST NOTICE
The property receives routine professional pest control. Texas has a warm climate where insects and other outdoor pests are common, and occasional sightings may occur despite preventative treatment. Normal outdoor pest activity is not grounds for a refund when the property is being professionally treated and maintained.

STARTER SUPPLIES
We provide a starter supply of essentials including toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dish pods, coffee, creamer and tea. Guests may need to replenish supplies during longer stays.
