This is a private entire home designed for families and groups, featuring 3 king beds and plenty of indoor and outdoor entertainment. Enjoy the private backyard with a hot tub under the pergola, putting green, bocce court, fire pit, outdoor dining and hammock. Inside, you'll find a game room with a pool table, foosball, Street fighter arcade, PlayStation 4 and board games. The home also includes a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TVs, Charcoal Grill, Washer and Dryer.

Guests have private access to the entire home and backyard during their stay, including the hot tub, game room, putting green, Bocce court, fire pit, outdoor dining area and grill.

The home is self check-in with a smart lock. Your access instructions and door code will be provided before check-in.

Please do not access any locked owner maintenance or utility areas.

Guests will have privacy throughout their stay. We will not be on the property, but we are available by message if you have questions or need assistance. We respect your privacy and will only visit the property when necessary for maintenance or to address an issue, with notice whenever possible.

We are in the Sherrelwood community with easy access to I-25 North or South. Also, close to US36 where you can easily headed to Boulder for Hiking or Mountain activities. We are also close to water world, Premium Outlet, and only about 20 mins drive to DIA.

We do have a driveway that offers free parking. However, if driving isn't what you want to do, there are buses, taxis, Lyft, and uber!

Important things to know before booking:

This home is located in a residential neighborhood. Please respect our neighbors. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 9 AM. Parties and events are not permitted, and smoking is not allowed inside the home.

Two Pets are welcome. We have a large yard for them to enjoy, but guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Please inspect the fence and gates upon arrival before allowing pets off leash. Although we maintain the property, occasionally a gate may not be fully secured or something may be missed, so please verify the yard is secure for your pet.

The property receives routine professional pest control. Colorado has seasonal insects and other outdoor pests, and occasional sightings may still occur despite preventative treatment. The presence of normal outdoor pests is not grounds for a refund when the home is being professionally treated and maintained.

For exterior security and property protection, outdoor security cameras are located around the exterior corners of the home, along with a Ring doorbell at the entrance. Cameras monitor exterior areas only and do not monitor private indoor spaces.
