Our family had an amazing stay at Richard's place. The home was inviting and clean with plenty of space for everyone to relax. The beds were super comfortable and cozy. The kitchen had all the tools and appliances we needed to prepare a nice homecooked meal. The garage was handy for unloading luggage during the snowy weather. Our son loved the arcade machine and bunk beds. Highly recommend, would love to stay here again. Oh! Try the Mexican restaurant just down the street, Casa Vallarta... it was great! We also loved that there was a Starbucks right around the corner!

I was looking for a quick one night spot to stay as my flight out of Denver was at the crack of dawn. I got this place without having any plans for that day/night. However, the location was so amazing I ended up visiting multiple businesses/restaurants within easy walking distance and had a wonderful night. When all was said and done the apartment was clean and perfect to come back to. Checkout process was easy (especially important for my 6:00am flight). Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy base from which to explore many of Denver's best offerings, many of which are very close by.

House is as advertised. Brand new, smells as such. I will echo some of the other reviews in being nervous the house didn't exist given google maps, but it most certainly does! Adjoining street had some truck traffic but road house sits on was very quiet. Very clean. We had a family of five in town for a soccer tournament, and it's super close to Dicks Sporting Goods Park. Held us comfortably. Easy/close to highways and all Colorado has to offer. Owin has it well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices...we didnt need much additionally at all. Seemingly brand new towels. Laundry was clutch for us as well. Wifi was strong too. Cant speak more highly of Owin. Super communicative and responsive. Even helped me run down some local libations! We're east coast folks and were in town for a specific reason, but would not hesitate to book again if we're ever back out west.

Thank you for allowing us in your property. the house is very comfortable as well as the beds, we only slept there on nights and during the day we always went out visiting places, we didn't cook. for me the experience was good, the area was very quiet and the hosts were amazing thank you very much. I would stay in this place again!😀

My family just went through navigating our home catching fire (everyone was safe). This home was such a blessing. We needed a space to catch our breath, to regroup, and that's exactly what we were able to do here. We'll always be grateful for our time here... and the hosts were so thoughtful, bringing us fresh flowers from their garden and checking in on us to make sure everything was perfect... which it was.

We absolutely loved staying here! This is the third short term rental we have stayed in since March. This was by far the best place. It is so open and light. It’s well stocked with spices and condiments while leaving enough room for us to keep our food. The closets and drawers were empty allowing for us to unpack and feel at home. The house has a great backyard area that our children enjoyed riding their bikes and playing with the dog. This home is in a great neighborhood walking distance to a beautiful park and great playground. Communication with Wilson and Nicole was a breeze. They were responsive and kind. We will definitely be back. Thank you for having us!

Relaxing under the stars was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. The attention to detail in both the game room and hot tub made our stay truly exceptional. And the fireplace added the perfect touch of coziness.
