Welcome to our new beautiful 5 Bed, 4 1/2/ Bathroom vacation home (sleeping 13, dog friendly) with private pool and hot tub in the great neighborhood of Villages of Ocean Hills close to sound, 4x4 and beach!!! Escape to the Outer Banks at this Corolla group getaway featuring a private pool and hot tub! Relax at this seaside retreat which is just steps away from the Currituck Banks Reserve and iconic Corolla Beach where you can see the majestic Corolla Wild Horses.

Primed for carefree coastal living, the spacious interior showcases vibrant, beach-inspired design and all the modern home essentials equipped for family-friendly comfort. The main floor features an open layout designed with group gatherings in mind. Handle family style meal prep with ease in the sparkling full kitchen and unwind in the living room after the day's adventures while streaming shows and movies on the smart TV. A ground-floor living area sets the stage for happy hosting, with a fridge, wet bar, sofa, and slider-door access to the patio. There's also another smart TV for added entertainment. Everyday essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

We are located in the Villages of Ocean Hill in Corolla, North Carolina.

Getting around

Short walk to close to sound, 4x4 and beach. Guests will have passes to park at the ocean side parking lot, which is 100 yards away from the surf, rather than walk over with their beach gear, if they prefer

House Rules

Place dishes in dishwasher and start before you check out.
Empty all trash at the end of your stay.
Pets - Please be sure to clean yard waste and excessive fur left in the house.
Place linens / towels in tub / shower upon check out.
Weeks are booked Sunday to Sunday during peak seasons, helping to avoid peak high season traffic on Saturday.
Cleaning/Linens Fee of $600 is charged separately.
No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are permitted on the property.
No parties or events are permitted.
Check-in is between 4:00 PM - 9:00 PM on Sunday.
A Vacation Rental Agreement which will be sent and must be signed within 48 hours.
The rental is only for use of families, and renters must be of 25 years or older. All occupants and pets must be listed on rental agreement. This will be strictly enforced.

Towels and linens are included; a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towel, and dishwasher tabs will be included.

Please note: Beach towels are NOT provided and you must bring your own to use at the beach.

Please note: Shampoo, conditioner and body wash is NOT included.

Payment Policy

50% down at time of booking with payment in full 60 days before stay begins. Payment plans can be arranged by messaging host.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Tenant is responsible for verifying that the owner has received the cancellation letter. There will be no refund of payment on confirmed reservations until the canceled period is fully re-rented and confirmed for the same rental amount. Tenant will be responsible for any discounts extended to re-rent the property, plus a $200 cancellation fee. Once re-rented, all payments will be refunded except as noted.

It is highly recommended that guest purchase trip cancellation/interruption insurance in case of emergency/bad weather, hurricane, Covid-19 bans/restrictions, etc. as NO REFUNDS will be given. Please visit www.insuremytrip.com to purchase.

Notes

By booking, guest agrees to pay $500 security deposit prior to check in. Booking guest acknowledges that access to property will be denied until deposit is paid in full or reservation is forfeited without refund. Security deposit is fully refundable if all rules are honored and no excessive mess or damage is found. Inspections will occur after check out by the cleaners and a determination will be made regarding the condition of the home. If there is damage, missing items or excessive cleaning that needs to be completed the costs will be withheld from the security deposit. Refund is dependent upon ALL guests in the group honoring all House Rules, and is initiated after check out and after all payments have cleared and any needed resolutions made. Our hope is to provide a full deposit refund because the stay went smoothly.
