Meet the Host
Our dream to own a home on OBX became a reality in 2020 when we purchased Golden Dunes, formerly Windancer. We used a property management company for the 2021 season, but decided to self manage beginning with the 2022 season, as I have recently retired and have the time and desire to put into self managing.
I live near Annapolis, Maryland with my husband, daughter and 3 golden retrievers. I plan to begin breeding my goldens in 2023, another long time dream of mine. You may have guessed, the name Golden Dunes it a bit of a play on words.
I look forward to sharing our home with you and hope that you and your dogs find Corolla to be as magical as we do.

Getting around
Corolla is off the beaten path and accessing Corolla requires a car or a long, expensive cab / Uber from Norfolk International Airport. Should you want to drive on the Northern Beaches a 4x4 is required. Uber and Corolla Cab are also available for transport around town, if you desire.
