Shell of a Good Time is an oceanside home located in the Villages at Ocean Hill with a short 5 minute walk (1380 feet) to the neighborhood beach access, or if you prefer you can park in the community parking lot just down the street to access the beach. Amenities include large Roku TVs in 5 of the bedrooms as well as a 70 inch Roku TV in the great room for those rainy days. Lots of entertainment can also be found by playing ping pong, foosball, board games, or enjoying the retro gaming system. All you need to do is bring your family and enjoy the beach as this house is equipped with many extras including beach chairs, sand toys, pack-and-play, highchair, and much more!

TOP LEVEL:

The Great Room encompasses the Living Area with a high top table (seats 3), the Kitchen and bar counter (seats 4), Dining Area (seats 8), and a Screened Porch complete with lighting and couches to relax and enjoy the amazing sunsets over the sound. The wide oceanfront Sun Deck gives the entire floor access to beautiful views all around with partial ocean view, views of the light house and the Currituck sound. There is a King Master Suite on this level with private bath that has a shower. There is also a half bath on this level as well.

MID LEVEL:

There are 4 bedrooms on this floor. The two king bedrooms share a Jack and Jill bathroom with
shower/tub combo. The third king bedroom has a semi-private bathroom with shower and a hall access. These three bedrooms all have access to the mid-level decks. There is also a bedroom with two bunk bed sets on this level.

GROUND LEVEL:

A Pyramid Bunk Bed set is located on the ground level as the 6th bedroom and has a foosball table, large TV with gaming system and gaming chairs. The laundry area with washer and dryer as well as a second refrigerator is located on this level also. Just outdoors, enjoy the large private pool (12' X 32', open mid-May to mid-Oct.) and hot tub as well as the outdoor ping pong table.

EXTRAS:

Guests will have a pass to park at the ocean side parking lot, which is 100 yards away from the surf, rather than walk over with their beach gear, if they prefer. This house is conveniently located directly across from the community playground and basketball/tennis courts and is just down the street from the sand volleyball court. Remember, your family will be able to use all of these amenities of the Villages at Ocean Hill community as well as access to the Fitness Center (additional cost) and 2 community pools (one by the ocean and the other by the Fitness Center). Included in community amenities is access to Sharkey’s, a snack bar with bathrooms located by the beach where you may choose to beach comb, sun, swim, or stroll on the pristine beaches of Corolla.
