Corolla Sunset is a 7 bed (3 Masters), 5.5 bath <b>Semi-Oceanfront</b> home with a <b>Private Pool, Hot Tub</b>, and newly updated game room! Located less than 1/2 mile before the paved road ends and the 4x4 beach begins, this home gives you the chance to explore the Currituck Banks Reserve - home of the famous Corolla Wild Horses - without needing a 4 wheel drive vehicle. For those with a 4x4 planning to spend their days exploring Carova, you can air down before leaving the house! The back deck features views of the Currituck Beach Lighthouse and the wilderness of the reserve.

Beach access is just 3 houses away. <b>3 King beds</b>, with the remaining beds consisting of <b>2 Queen beds</b>, a room with a Twin and Full, and a Bunk room with a Twin over Full custom built-in bunk.

We have undergone an almost full renovation and continually update furniture, decorations, or other amenities. Some projects over the past few years:

<li>All new lighting, including ceiling fans and light fixtures throughout the home (dining room, bathrooms, over the pool table, etc)</li>

<li>All new vanities, lights, mirrors, and fixtures in every bathroom.</li>

<li>Added an additional window in the Gameroom to increase natural light.</li>

<li>Installed new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout the majority of the house - all common areas and 1st and 3rd floor bedrooms</li>

<li>Replaced carpet in 2nd floor bedrooms</li>

<li>Installed a pool heater for the Spring and Fall shoulder season</li>

The Villages at Ocean Hill is the northernmost community in Corolla accessible by 2 wheel drive. Amenities include two swimming pools, an ocean front snack bar, basketball, tennis, and pickleball courts, and a fitness center (fee required). Just outside of the neighborhood is the Currituck Banks Reserve Maritime Forest Trail - a 0.3 mile boardwalk leading to a sound front deck as well as a 0.75 mile hiking trail through the forest. A short bike ride of just over a mile down a pedestrian path you'll find the Historic Corolla Park where you can climb the Currituck Beach Lighthouse, tour the historic Whalehead Club, visit the The Outer Banks Center for Wildlife Education or the new Maritime Museum, or watch the sunset over the sound.

**Note: We have a Ring doorbell camera installed on the ground floor front door next to the digital keypad lock. The camera has a limited line of sight within the carport down to the street as it is enclosed by the house to the right and lattice to the left.
