Hello friends—welcome to The Mediterranean Beach House, a luxury beach home just steps from the sand in Silver Strand, Oxnard. Picture your morning coffee on a private balcony, a beach day with your favorite people, and an evening watching the sunset from the ocean-view rooftop deck.

With four bedrooms, an additional sleeping area, and inviting spaces indoors and out, you can gather for meals, enjoy time together, and find a comfortable spot to relax. Bring the family, bring your friends, and make yourself at home. Hosted with care by Chic Beach Vacations.

**The Space**

The bright, open layout makes it easy to stay connected throughout the day. Enjoy breakfast together while you decide between another beach day and an outing around the harbor. Later, prepare dinner in the fully stocked kitchen and settle in for an evening of conversation or a movie.

The kitchen includes an induction range and coffee station, with what you need for meals at home. Ocean views from multiple rooms and balconies bring the coastal setting into your stay, and central A/C keeps everyone comfortable on warmer afternoons.

**Where You’ll Sleep**

There are four bedrooms:

• Primary suite: King bed with a private balcony.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed and two twin beds.
• Bedroom 4: King bed on the ground floor.

An additional sleeping area has a daybed with a trundle and a privacy door.

Linens and pillows are provided for every sleeping area. Settle in, get comfortable, and wake up ready for another day at the beach.

**Bathrooms**

The Mediterranean Beach House has 3.5 bathrooms. The primary bathroom includes a tub and walk-in shower—a lovely place for a relaxing soak after a day outdoors.

Fresh towels and essential bath amenities are provided. There’s also an outdoor shower for a convenient rinse after the beach.

**Beach Days Made Easy**

With the sand just steps away, the beach can be part of your whole day. Head out for a morning walk, spend the afternoon with the family, or wander back down to enjoy the sunset.

We provide beach chairs, towels, boogie boards, an umbrella, and a wagon. Pack your snacks, load the wagon, and choose your spot on the sand. When you’re ready for lunch or a little time at home, the house is close by.

**Outdoor Space**

The ocean-view rooftop deck is a favorite place to spend the evening. Adirondack seating and a fire pit make it easy to get comfortable, enjoy the view, and catch up with everyone.

The fenced front patio has a grill, fire pit, and comfortable seating. Pick up something fresh for dinner and enjoy an easy meal at home.

Private balconies give you even more places to enjoy the coastal air. The primary suite’s balcony is especially inviting for morning coffee or a quiet moment with a book.

**Families & Dogs**

Beach days, meals together, and space to settle in make The Mediterranean Beach House a welcoming choice for a family getaway. A Pack ’n Play and high chair are provided, and the beach gear is ready for your outings.

Your dog is welcome, too! Enjoy time together on the fenced front patio. We provide a water bowl and a take-home leash for your four-legged travel companion.

The dog fee is $25 per dog, per stay. Please have your dog arrive clean and on flea control. Sorry, no cats.

**Discover Silver Strand**

Silver Strand is a close-knit beach community in the Oxnard area where you can enjoy a little of everyday coastal life. Take a walk along the shore, watch the surfers, and make time to return for sunset.

For a casual meal in the neighborhood, try The Strand Bar & Grill. Nearby Channel Islands Harbor offers waterfront dining and opportunities to get out on the water. Spend an afternoon exploring, then come home to relax on your balcony or gather around the fire pit.

**Parking & Getting Around**

Four designated parking spaces make it convenient to arrive and settle in:

• One car in the garage.
• One vehicle alongside the house on Fillmore Avenue.
• Two vehicles in the front driveway on Ocean Drive.

The beach is just steps away, and a car is useful for groceries, harbor outings, and exploring Oxnard and Ventura. Please coordinate your group’s vehicles to fit the four designated spaces.

**Getting Ready for Your Stay**

After booking, you’ll receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Completing this step triggers delivery of your check-in information.

You’ll then be sent a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where everything comes together: arrival details, Wi-Fi information, local recommendations, and options to personalize your stay.

Your entry code will be available inside the Guest Portal 48 hours before check-in.

**A Few Extras for Your Vacation**

Early check-in options appear in your Guest Portal five days before arrival. Early check-in and late checkout are available for an additional fee when scheduling allows.

You can also request experiences such as a private chef, a massage session, or a boat tour. These services are charged separately and depend on provider availability, with pricing confirmed before you commit.

The $25 per dog, per stay fee can be paid through your Guest Portal. The home’s listed amenities are included in your stay.

We love sharing Silver Strand with our guests. Please help us keep it enjoyable for everyone by keeping outdoor sound considerate and observing quiet hours, which are taken seriously.

At 10 p.m., bring conversations indoors and turn off outdoor music. You can continue enjoying your evening quietly inside while our neighbors enjoy theirs.
