Welcome to Coming Up MelRoses, a nearly-waterfront getaway just 50 feet from the sand This is the kind of place where you can cross the street to the sand, come back for lunch, and head upstairs to the rooftop deck to watch the boats glide by at sunset. With 360° water views, a fire pit, and comfortable lounge seating, the rooftop is the heart of the home. Relaxed, dog-friendly, and fully equipped, this is an easy SoCal beach stay designed for real vacations.

**Booking process - IMPORTANT!
- After booking, you will immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please do not forget - by sigining, you trigger your check-in information. If you do not sign the agreement, you will not receive your check-in infomation.
- Once signed, you will be emailed a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.

- Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal
- Early check-in options appear 5 days before check-in. You may request it through your Guest Portal
- A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal.
