If you’re dreaming of a simple beach escape, Loft 42 is just the spot. This sunny, upper-level loft is tucked into the heart of Pierpont Beach—just a few houses from the sand. With vaulted ceilings, ocean air, fast WiFi, and A/C, this cozy one-bedroom hideaway is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small families looking to slow down and enjoy the coast.

**Guest Access
Guests enjoy private, exclusive access to the entire upper-level loft. Please note this is a second-floor unit accessed by stairs.
Check-in is seamless with keyless self-entry.

**Booking process
After booking, you will receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our standard rental agreement.
Once signed, you will be emailed access to your Guest Portal, where all important information lives, including check-in details, WiFi, and local recommendations.
Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside the Guest Portal.
Early check-in may be requested through the Guest Portal when available.
A $15 per dog, per stay pet fee applies and can be paid through the Guest Portal or HostCo Store.

Living area: Futon that converts to a full-size bed (linens provided in the closet)
