THE SPACE

***MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME***
Ocean Pearl Beach House is bright, comfortable, and coastal—a welcoming place for families, couples, and friends to enjoy time at the beach.

The open living area makes it easy to stay connected. Prepare breakfast while everyone decides what to do that day, relax with a movie after the beach, or enjoy a comfortable afternoon at home.

The fully stocked kitchen makes meals together convenient, whether you’re packing beach snacks or making everyone’s favorite dinner. Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are provided for your downtime.

***WHERE YOU’LL SLEEP***
There are three bedrooms:
• One bedroom with a king bed.
• One bedroom with a queen bed.
• One bedroom with two twin beds.

Linens and pillows are provided for all sleeping areas. Unpack, get comfortable, and settle into your vacation.

***BATHROOMS***
There are two full bathrooms, with fresh towels and essential bath amenities provided.

***YOUR ROOFTOP RETREAT***
The private rooftop deck is the star of Ocean Pearl Beach House. Take in the 360° views, enjoy the ocean vistas, and choose a comfortable seat for sunset.

With a fire pit, lounge seating, and string lights, it’s a lovely place to catch up at the end of the day. Bring a blanket, spend some time looking at the stars, and enjoy having this space all to yourselves.

***BEACH DAYS MADE EASY***
Silver Strand Beach is one easy block away. Head out for a morning walk, spend a few hours on the sand, or wander back for sunset.

Beach gear is included, so you have a little less to pack. Being close to the house makes it convenient to come home for lunch or a break before heading out again.

***FAMILIES & DOGS***
A Pack ’n Play and high chair are always available, making it easier to travel with little ones. The enclosed back patio gives your group another private outdoor space to enjoy.

Dogs are welcome! A $25 per dog, per stay fee applies and can be paid through your Guest Portal. Please have your dog arrive clean and on flea control. Sorry, no cats.

GUEST ACCESS

Enjoy the home’s private rooftop deck and enclosed back patio throughout your stay.
Your entry code will be released inside your Guest Portal 48 hours before check-in, after you’ve completed the occupancy agreement.

There are two parking spaces:
• Garage parking for one small car.
• One vehicle may park in front of the house.

Please plan your group’s vehicles around these spaces, including the garage’s suitability for a small car.

***GETTING READY FOR YOUR STAY***
After booking, you’ll immediately receive a message asking you to confirm your reservation and digitally sign our occupancy agreement. Please complete this required step—it triggers delivery of your check-in information.

Once signed, you’ll be sent a link to your GUEST PORTAL, where all your important information lives, including arrival details, Wi-Fi, and local recommendations.

***GUEST PORTAL & OPTIONAL EXTRAS***
• Your entry code will be released 48 hours before check-in inside your Guest Portal.
• Early check-in options appear five days before arrival. You may request early check-in through your Guest Portal.
• Early check-in and late checkout have an additional fee and are subject to availability.
• The $25 per dog, per stay fee can be paid through your Guest Portal.
• You may request services and experiences such as a private chef, massage session, or boat tour. These cost extra and depend on provider availability. Pricing will be confirmed before you commit.

The home’s listed amenities are included in your stay. Optional services and experiences are charged separately.

GETTING AROUND

Silver Strand Beach is one easy block from Ocean Pearl Beach House, so beach walks and afternoons on the sand are close at hand.

A car is useful for grocery shopping, dining around Channel Islands Harbor, and exploring Ventura Harbor Village and the surrounding area. You can also plan a day trip to Santa Barbara or Malibu, with travel time depending on traffic.

Parking accommodates one small car in the garage and one vehicle in front of the house.
