Spacious 3 bedroom, 2 bath vacation, single family home; raised beach house, located just off "Shore Drive" in North Myrtle Beach, SC. Nestled in Summer Cottage, a quiet, safe, family friendly neighborhood - walking distance to the beach. Our cottage is approx. 100 yards/ .2 miles off the beach front (2-5 min. walk)/ and directly next to the large association pool. You'll be walking distance to Ocean Annie's Beach Club, River City Cafe, Sandals Bar and Grill and just a few blocks south of the Apache Pier.

This cottage is a single family home with private covered parking for 2 vehicles. The interior of the unit boasts a fully furnished kitchen, a spacious family room, laundry room, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home also includes flat pane Smart TV’s, upgraded electronics, and free Wi-Fi access.

The exterior of the cottage features a deck, a lower level patio with picnic table and lounge chairs. Included in your vacation rental, you’ll have access to an outdoor storage bin stocked with beach and pool related items and an outdoor washing area. You’ll also have access to 2 neighborhood pools, which we have the largest pool, literally NEXT DOOR!

Located in the “Shore Drive” area, between Myrtle Beach and North Myrtle Beach. This area is commonly known as Restaurant Row. Convenient access to Hwy 22 and Hwy 31, 20 minutes from the Myrtle Beach International Airport, minutes from Downtown Myrtle Beach and the Myrtle Beach Convention Center. The cottage is also in immediate proximity to several major shopping, restaurants, theme parks, and golf courses.

This cottage is SMOKE FREE and NO PETS ARE ALLOWED *due to severe allergies. Guest must be minimum 28 years of age to reserve. Contact us for specific rates by day, week, or for long term winter-rentals. Peak season options are limited to Saturday- Saturday rentals from May through September.

WiFi and cable TV including HBO MAX, Disney Plus and Amazon Prime is included with your rental. We have tried to cover all the conveniences of home by way of a kitchen stocked with small appliances and everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. Linens are included with your rental, but please note that there is no daily maid service. Not to worry! Our home has a washer and dryer for our guests’ private use.

Take a short drive in either direction on the 17 Highway and you will encounter Restaurant Row, live theaters, movie theaters, themed dining, retail mall, outlet shopping, golf courses, mini-golf, and the many other attractions that Myrtle and North Myrtle Beaches. This home is a perfect getaway for couples, families, beach lovers, golf enthusiasts or anyone simply looking for a relaxing vacation.

Additional Cleaning Protocol: All high-touch surfaces cleaned and disinfected with bleach. Along with floors and tile scrubbed with bleach cleaners. Prior to all arrivals the home is deep cleaned and sanitized. All guests receive fresh laundered linens, sheets and towels during their stay.
