Spacious – over 1200 square feet, this two-bedroom two bath condo sleeps up to 7. Master bedroom with en-suite bath has a king size bed and flat screen tv. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, as well as a comfortable twin size bed with a flat screen tv. The guest bedroom also has en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower which is also accessible from the main living area.

The living room has a full size sofa bed for an additional sleeping area. Full modern kitchen equipped with large granite countertop and bar area with seating for 4 – as well as seating for 6 at the dining room table. The kitchen is fully equipped-- including a dishwasher, microwave, and electric range. Watch your favorite shows on the wall mounted tv while sitting at the countertop bar. There’s also a convenient wet bar just off the dining area.

Make yourself at home in the spacious and open living area, detailed with wooden flooring, comfortable furnishings, and contemporary decor. Unwind with a movie on the 55” smart TV. There’s seating for six on a full-size sleeper sofa. Working while on the road - small desk with office chair and wi-fi access! Enjoy your morning coffee on your private screened second-floor balcony which overlooks the outdoor swimming pool and has seating for 6 – or relax on the front balcony which faces the indoor swimming pool – which also has a hot tub and sauna for relaxing after a long day at the beach.

Extra perks include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and an in-unit washer/dryer. There is unassigned parking available for two vehicles in the open lot adjacent to the unit. This second-floor condo is accessed via a flight of stairs. No motorcycles or golf carts are allowed on-site.

Fish along the Apache Pier; just 1 mile away, it’s the longest wooden pier on the east coast. Enjoy close proximity to area golf courses, including the Grand Dunes, just 3 miles away and Arcadian Dunes just 2.1 miles away. To enjoy a shopping spree, drive 2 miles to Tanger Outlets, 5 miles to Barefoot Landing, or 9 miles to Broadway at the Beach. For musical entertainment, head 3 miles to the Carolina Opry or 5 miles to the House of Blues. And it’s just 9 miles to the Myrtle Beach Skywheel.
