Plenty of room for all of your family and friends! This 5 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home can sleep up to 12 people with parking on the premises and a private outdoor space to enjoy a meal or drink! Arrive at our semicircular driveway with plenty of room for parking for the whole gang. Our A Frame Escape features five spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms spread out over three floors.

On the main level, the open layout floor-plan is perfect for large groups. The living room features a two-story stone surround fireplace and floor to ceiling windows with a 70” HDTV. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops so you can prepare meals in luxury. The large dining area table can sit up to 6-8 guests, with additional seating at the kitchen bar, so all members of your party can dine at the same time. Or, during the summer months, enjoy your meals on the dining tables on our factory lit deck.

Downstairs, the lower level features a massive living room with a 9 pc sectional, 2 large bean bags that convert into full size beds, and a 75” HDTV great for family movies or sporting events for all to gather. The lower level is ideal as a game room and kids hang-out area.

The bedrooms in this home are spacious and inviting. The master bedroom suite, located on the main level, features a queen bed with an attached master bathroom with dual sinks and a glass shower enclosure. On the upper level, our Loft suite features a private space with a small living area and a plush queen bed, with room to spare. The Loft suite offers a full a glass shower closure with a rain flower shower head.

Our lower level, features 2 queen bedrooms. A single queen bed in one, two queen beds in the other, and has a full bathroom located just across the hall.

About the Owner - Holly

I am a traveling nurse who would like to assist families visiting their children at the university, other traveling nurses like myself, as well as those visiting the beautiful city. This will allow families to stay together in one home during game days, graduations, etc.

I chose Knoxville to call home as my daughter is interested in UT to pursue a nursing career. It is also smack dab in the middle of my three sons who are military officers around the country. My family loves this town and I’m happy I get to extend the opportunity for others to stay!
