Come enjoy our absolutely stunning and peaceful lake property. Not a detail was spared when preparing this home for guests. The perfect mix of fun, classy and spacious. Spend time in nature on the stand-up paddle boards and kayak, or take a dip in the crystal clear Medina Lake. The home boasts views of the lake from almost every room in the house. Many of our guests simply like to enjoy the peaceful neighborhood and read a book on one of our four decks overlooking the lake. Have dinner outside with a beautiful sunset view.

Medina Vista is divided up into two large living spaces. The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, formal dining room, a master bedroom with an ensuite bath. Additionally it has a bedroom with another king sized bed with a bathroom connected to it. This bathroom is also shared with one additionally bedroom across the hall with a day bed and trundle bed.
The downstairs has a pool table room, a bar, a master bedroom with an ensuite bath and two additional bedrooms. One bunk room with two sets of bunks (one full over queen and a twin over twin). The last bedroom has a queen sized bed with an additional ensuite bathroom.
The two areas are absolutely perfect to have one floor for kids and one for adults.

Lake Hills, Texas is a community built around the beautiful Medina Lake. Its lake life at its finest. Medina lake is a limestone bottom making the water a beautiful turquoise blue and boasts access almost exclusively reserved for owners of property on the lake. So you can SUP or kayak in peace without a lot of boat traffic.
Or maybe stop by the old cowboy town of Bandera. It takes you back in time with its rustic downtown vibes.
The neighborhood of Medina Vista is peaceful, with its quiet surroundings and peaceful roads for taking a stroll.
