Medina Vista is divided up into two large living spaces. The upstairs has a living room, kitchen, formal dining room, a master bedroom with an ensuite bath. Additionally it has a bedroom with another king sized bed with a bathroom connected to it. This bathroom is also shared with one additionally bedroom across the hall with a day bed and trundle bed.
The downstairs has a pool table room, a bar, a master bedroom with an ensuite bath and two additional bedrooms. One bunk room with two sets of bunks (one full over queen and a twin over twin). The last bedroom has a queen sized bed with an additional ensuite bathroom.
The two areas are absolutely perfect to have one floor for kids and one for adults.

Looking for more fun or entertainment? We have a pool table, tv/bar area, and jukebox in our downstairs living area. If chess is more your vibe, then our jumbo set out front beside our playscape is for you. Ultimately, whatever it is you're looking for, Medina Vista has it.

Lake Hills, Texas is a community built around the beautiful Medina Lake. Its lake life at its finest. Medina lake is a limestone bottom making the water a beautiful turquoise blue and boasts access almost exclusively reserved for owners of property on the lake. So you can SUP or kayak in peace without a lot of boat traffic.
Or maybe stop by the old cowboy town of Bandera. It takes you back in time with its rustic downtown vibes.
The neighborhood of Medina Vista is peaceful, with its quiet surroundings and peaceful roads for taking a stroll.
