We are delighted to welcome you to Flip Flops N Palms Cottage in the beautiful beach town of Navarre, Florida. The cozy beachy cottage is only minutes from Navarre Beach and the Navarre pier. Enjoy easy access to beaches, restaurants & shops. This 3 bedroom, 2 bath beachy vacation gateway is just a short drive from the white sandy beaches & emerald green waters. This home is all about location & comfort.

The cozy beachy cottage offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bath, a spacious living area with vaulted ceilings, kitchen, dining area and a screened in back patio. There is a 55 inch Roku TV in the living area. The main bedroom offers a king bed, a walk in closet, a chair, a bench, a 40 inch Roku TV and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a chair and a closet. The third bedroom offers 2 twin beds, a closet & a 32 inch Roku TV. These two bedrooms share one bathroom in the hallway. Dinning area has a dining table and seating for 6 guests. Kitchen is stocked with the items you will need to prepare a meal minus the food. The screened back porch has patio furniture and some games. Guest will have full access to the home with the exception of one linen closet in the home. Washer & dryer are located in the garage. The garage is currently used for storage and not big enough to park your car in it. Sorry NO garage parking.

Please park in the drive way only. There is space for 2 car tandem parking. No parking on the grass or the street.

We are only a few minutes away if our guests have any questions or need anything.

The neighborhood is easily accessible via Hwy 87 or Hwy 98 and is located less than 2 miles from Navarre Beach. The cottage is in the town center district and located in walking distance of businesses, shops and restaurants. Flip Flops N Palm Cottage is nestled in a safe, relaxing and laid back neighborhood with various styles of homes (newer & older single family homes, townhomes and older manufactured homes). There are several other vacation homes and homes with friendly long term owners. You will be in walking distance to the Welcome Center, the sound(you will need to cross a busy Hwy to access the sound) and eateries.

Use of an automobile is recommended for get around unless you prefer to walk or bike to beach and such. You will be in walking distance to several eateries and shops.
