*One medium dog (under 70 lbs.) is welcome with prior approval; pet fee applies
Security Cameras and Ring doorbell are in use.
* Child Safety: Although we provide a Pack 'n Play for your little one. The property is not childproofed and may not be suitable for young children. There is a long flight of stairs to the second floor, and there are no safety gates.

* Security: Outdoor security system is active on the property.
*The Riverscape and Gruene operate independently from third-party booking platforms; therefore, we require guests to complete ID verification and sign a rental agreement through our secure, hospitable portal. This helps confirm your reservation and allows us to share your access details safely before check-in.

*Maximum occupancy is six guests
*The master and 2nd bedroom are on the second floor.
