**** This is a new home; there is access to the river; however, the path down is somewhat steep and dirt. Stairs have not yet been installed.

* Child Safety: Although we provide a Pak N Play for your little one, the property is not childproofed and may not be suitable for young children. There is a long flight of stairs to the second floor, and there are no safety gates.

* Security: Outdoor security system is active on the property.
*Our company operates independently from booking platforms; therefore, we require guests to complete ID verification and sign a rental agreement through our secure, hospitable portal. This helps confirm your reservation and allows us to share your access details safely before check-in.
