Shared Amenities:*To provide such a massive array of features, the hot tub and pools are shared community spaces located at the Clubhouse.
Cabanas: Both family and rental cabanas are available for the ultimate poolside experience.

• Free parking (not designated) in front of the house (first come, first served). Accessible parking space in front of the house. Limit of 3 vehicles per house.

• We offer complimentary Wi-Fi.

• Kids amenities free of charge: highchair, kids table, crib, and baby tub.

• Free washer and dryer available at the house.

• This is a self-catering home. Upon your arrival, you'll find a handy starter supply, including two roll of toilet paper per bathroom, two dishwasher pods, one laundry pod, 6 trash bags, dish detergent, a sponge, and a set of toiletries per bathroom, consisting of bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Just a little heads-up, these items won't be restocked, so feel free to grab what you need during your stay.

• We offer pool heating for an additional $35.00 per night (this must be for the entire stay, with a minimum of 3 nights). It takes about 10-14 hours to fully warm up to 85º (maximum temperature for the pool). Please let us know in advance if you would like this option, so that when you arrive at the house, the pool will already be heated for you.

• BBQ Grill rental is $50- If the propane gas runs out, you are responsible for the cost to exchange the tank at a local gas station or Walgreens. The cost to exchange is typically @$30.
We also offer a full-service option for $120, where someone ensures the gas is full, and we will replace it if it goes empty. It must be requested at least 48 hours before check-in.

Guests who request this service understand that they are using the grill at their own risk and are liable for any damage caused by it.

Pet fee: The house is pet-friendly, but your pet must be house-trained. The cost is $30 per pet per night, with a cap of $300 for the total stay.
