Plan your extended stay in this newly renovated lake-themed home. You'll enjoy the large, private lot. Percy Priest Lake, hiking and boat ramps are just a mile away while Nashville Shores Water Park is close by. It's like being in the country and within 5 minutes of grocery shopping and I-40. There's a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville and other attractions such as the Grand Ole Opry House, Hard Rock Cafe' The Hermitage and many other things to see and do.

Bedroom 3 has a trundle bed/sleeps 2 and a workspace.

The front living room has a gorgeous, sectional and wall mounted Smart TV. There is a door to this room for privacy if someone wants to work or watch TV while others are asleep. There is a 2nd living space, also, having a Roku Smart TV on the other side of the door.
