Great location: 5 minutes to airport, 10 minutes to downtown Nashville. Great eateries in the immediate area. Enjoy peace and greenery on an acre lot!

This is a Midterm (minimum 30 day rental). This cozy, newly renovated half duplex is nestled on an acre lot in the middle of an established neighborhood surrounded by single homes, with a neighborhood watch. It has one bedroom and one bath, the kitchen is open to the living area and includes a refrigerator, microwave and stove/oven. There's a washer/dryer in the unit.

This location is super convenient to wherever you need to go in Nashville. It's near Opry Mills mall, the airport and a short drive to downtown. You'll enjoy the privacy and the peace and quiet.

There are grocery stores and restaurants within a mile. We recommend locally owned eateries such as Nectar Cantina which has an outdoor patio and live music, McNamara's Irish Pub with live music, Homegrown Taproom, Wine Down Nashville and Darfons.
