About this place

Midterm Rental in Nashville for family or group, minutes from I-40 and shopping and 15-20 minutes to Downtown.

I love this home because of it's coziness but my favorite part of it is the private deck that was custom built by my husband while we lived in it. Enjoying coffee in the mornings, cocktails in the evening, meals or just relaxing on the deck with a wooded view feels like a vacation.

A full kitchen with dishware and cookware is yours to use including a gas stove. We provide linens and everything you need. If you have special requests, please ask and we'll do our best to make it happen.

This is a large, spacious home with the living area on one story. Three bedrooms are on one side of the home and the huge bonus room has a queen size futon and is considered a 4th bedroom. It also has a full desk, comfy sofa and a Smart TV for your enjoyment.
