We love the lake, boating and our Boxers (they love the lake, too)! You are welcome to come to our place and use our pair of 12' kayaks which you can put in Percy Priest Lake across the street from our home.

Check In: 3PM - Flexible

We will send the access code by text within an hour before check-in. Facing the home, this is the unit on the left closest to you. Park to the left of the driveway, making sure that you aren't blocking driveway access to the guest on the other side of the duplex. You can enter through the rear or side (front door is on the side).

Minimum age limit for renters: 25

Maximum occupancy: 3

Check-in is anytime after 3:00 PM

Payment Policy

50% paid upon booking and 50% due 7 days prior to arrival.

Refundable Damage Deposit

Once the property has been vacated and everything has been found in decent condition and nothing is missing, the security deposit will be returned. This will be a maximum of 7 days after checkout.

Cancellation Policy

No refunds 29 days before move-in date. 50% refund if canceled prior to 30 days in advance.
