Two days later, Silver Dollar City rolls out An Old Time Christmas (Nov 7, 2026 – Jan 2, 2027), just 28 minutes from the lakehouse.
In December, bring the family to the Branson Adoration Parade & Nativity Lighting on Sunday, Dec 6, 2026, then soak in the hot tub back at the lake.

Welcome to Montage on Table Rock Lake in Lampe, MO. This 6-bedroom lakefront estate usually hosts big groups, but on select dates we open the main floor as a private “Mini” for up to 6 guests: swim and float off the shoreline, paddle out in our kayaks, canoe and paddle boards, and soak in the year-round private hot tub with the lake in front of you.

What does this mean??? We close the upstairs rooms and leave the main floor open for your use. You will have two bedrooms available for sleeping.

The private pool is seasonal and reopens in May 2027.

The "Mini" Secret

You aren't just renting a suite — you are booking the entire lakefront property.

We simply block off the unused bedrooms and bathrooms to save you significantly on cleaning fees and nightly rates. You enjoy the same sprawling decks, the same private hot tub, and the same massive lakefront yard — all without the "big house" price tag.

No shared spaces. No other guests. Just you and the lake.

The outdoor spaces at Montage are where memories are made. As a "Mini" guest, the entire grounds are your private playground:

• Direct Lake Access: Walk right down to the shoreline of Table Rock Lake for a morning swim or fishing.
• Private Hot Tub: Open year-round and tucked away for privacy — perfect for chilly lake nights.
• Entertainment Decks: Choose between the large covered deck or the open sun deck; both offer front-row lake views.
• Lakeside Evenings: Fire up the BBQ grill for sunset dinners, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars.
• Adventure Upgrades: We provide 3 kayaks, a canoe and paddle boards for guest use (free of charge).
• Bring Your Boat: Tie up your own boat at the shoreline, with parking for up to 6 trailers and Mill Creek Boat Ramp about 5 minutes away. Boats aren't included.
Signed renter’s agreement and damage waiver or security deposit required.

• Chef’s Kitchen: Fully equipped with ample prep space for home-cooked meals
• Dining Areas: Casual breakfast nook with sliding doors to the screened deck + formal dining room
• Cozy Great Room: Warm, wood-toned living room perfect for movie nights and relaxing
• Game Space: Private pool table located in the garage for friendly tournaments

Sleeping Arrangements (Main Level) — Sleeps 6

• Primary King Suite: Luxury retreat with King bed, private deck access, and ensuite bath featuring a soaking tub + tiled shower
• Guest Bedroom: Two Full beds — perfect for kids or additional couples
• Bathrooms: 2.5 total (primary ensuite, hall tub/shower combo, plus half-bath)

Location & Nearby Access

• Fishing & Boating: Excellent access to top fishing and boating spots on the north side of Table Rock Lake
• Mill Creek Boat Ramp: Just 5 minutes away
• Silver Dollar City: About 30 minutes
• Branson Landing: About 45 minutes for dining, live entertainment, and shopping

Good to Know Before You Book

• Exclusive Access: No other guests will be on-site. Upper-level bedrooms and bathrooms remain locked.
• Pool Note: The private outdoor pool is seasonal (May–September). It is closed during the off-season and any pool fees are refunded accordingly.
• House Policies: Pet-free and smoke-free property. Signed renter’s agreement and damage waiver or security deposit required.
• Safety: The private pool and hot tub have no safety fence or gate, and the home is lakefront on Table Rock Lake; please supervise children at all times.
• Exterior security cameras on the property.

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,500 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company.

The optional damage waiver is $49 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per night for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

So you'll be able to choose between the fully refundable security hold OR the non-refundable damage waiver :)

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional and include:

🛎️ Early Check-In: Early check-in is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If the home is ready early, the hour before check-in time is always free, and if you’d like to get in earlier, it’s $40 per hour.

😴 Late Check-Out: Late check-out is sometimes available, but not guaranteed. If it is available, it’s $150. You can request it through Happy Guest and if approved you will be able to stay until 2 PM.
