Welcome to Montage on Table Rock Lake in Lampe, MO. Usually reserved for large groups of up to 18, we open the bottom floor of this beautiful 6-bedroom lakefront estate as an exclusive “Mini-Version” during our peaceful slow seasons. Perfect for a small group of 6 people.

Pool closes Sept. 15, 2026! We wish it could stay open all year :( It opens back up in May 2027.

You aren't just renting a suite — you are booking the entire lakefront property.

We simply block off the unused bedrooms and bathrooms to save you significantly on cleaning fees and nightly rates. You enjoy the same sprawling decks, the same private hot tub, and the same massive lakefront yard — all without the "big house" price tag.

No shared spaces. No other guests. Just you and the lake.

The outdoor spaces at Montage are where memories are made. As a "Mini" guest, the entire grounds are your private playground:

• Direct Lake Access: Walk right down to the shoreline of Table Rock Lake for a morning swim or fishing.
• Private Hot Tub: Open year-round and tucked away for privacy — perfect for chilly lake nights.
• Entertainment Decks: Choose between the large covered deck or the open sun deck; both offer front-row lake views.
• Lakeside Evenings: Fire up the BBQ grill for sunset dinners, then gather around the fire pit for s’mores under the stars.
• Adventure Upgrades: We provide 3 kayaks and 1 canoe for guest use (additional fees apply).
• Pro-Boating Setup: Parking for up to 6 trailers and the Mill Creek Boat Ramp just 5 minutes away.

• Primary King Suite: Luxury retreat with King bed, private deck access, and ensuite bath featuring a soaking tub + tiled shower
• Guest Bedroom: Two Full beds — perfect for kids or additional couples
• Bathrooms: 2.5 total (primary ensuite, hall tub/shower combo, plus half-bath)

• Fishing & Boating: Excellent access to top fishing and boating spots on the north side of Table Rock Lake
• Mill Creek Boat Ramp: Just 5 minutes away
• Branson, MO: Short scenic drive to dining, Silver Dollar City, live entertainment, and shopping

Good to Know Before You Book

• Exclusive Access: No other guests will be on-site. Upper-level bedrooms and bathrooms remain locked.
• Pool Note: The private outdoor pool is seasonal (May–September). It is closed during the off-season and any pool fees are refunded accordingly.
• House Policies: Pet-free and smoke-free property. Signed renter’s agreement and damage waiver or security deposit required.
