Luxe City Retreat - Denver

This place is perfect for those who work from home, traveling nurses & couples looking to move to/explore Denver. Remodeled in 2019 with all new heating & AC added in 2022. Located in the Santa Fe Art district with plenty of culture and heART to explore! You are minutes away from 6th Avenue, I25, Colfax, Broadway and the heart of Denver. We have plenty of free street parking with access to light rails, busses or scooters to rent nearby. We offer high speed (fiber) 940 mbps WiFi.
Walking in to this space you will be blown away by the attention to detail with our recent remodel. Fresh paint, new floors throughout and all new appliances including stacked washer/dryer units, dishwasher, refrigerator & oven. The only "old" thing in this house is the incredible exposed brick that you couldn't pay us to cover up! Beautifully redone bathrooms and kitchen - fully stocked with all your cooking essentials. We do a detail cleaning between each guest so our home is very well maintained.

Our home has 3 private entrances; The front door leads to our mudroom/patio with a table/workspace where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sunshine.

Through the next door you will walk into our spacious living room/common area which includes a queen pullout sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress and 50" LED with sound bar & Apple TV.

Our dining room table seats 6 and is great for hosting small dinner parties or game nights!

Our kitchen has tall ceilings and is fully stocked with all the essentials - Including assorted pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, cutting boards, dish ware, bake ware & drink ware. A tea kettle, coffee machine and blender are also provided. Please be sure to clean what you use and gently care for ceramics.

There is one private room with an attached half bath/shower and the other half bath/toilet right outside your bedroom door. The master bed is a California King with memory foam mattress and hotel grade bedding. There is a 32" LED Smart TV and a private entrance/exit that leads to the fully fenced backyard.

Our private yard has a deck and professional landscaping plus a 6' fence to maintain your peace in the city. We have outdoor seating along with a gas fire pit to keep you warm and a gas grill for BBQing! Propane is included with your stay along with El Dorado Spring water and an assortment of spices, cleaning supplies & other household needs.

We pride ourselves on being an Eco Friendly & luxuriously sustainable living space and have included both trash, recycling and compost along with easy to understand "yes/no" & "how to" lists for each bin. Please help us save our planet and leave the world a better place! All of our plants are real and we will advise you how/when to water them <3
