Our home was remodeled at the end of 2019 with all new appliances, amenities & furniture. Located in the Santa Fe Art district with plenty of heART to explore! We are on the edge of the city with friendly neighbors, where street parking is still FREE! Easy access to light rails, busses or scooters to rent nearby if you don't feel like walking or driving. We love hosting traveling artists, music & art connoisseurs and have close connections to Denver's local arts and entertainment! LGBTQ owned!
Walking in to this space you will be blown away by the attention to detail with our remodel. Fresh paint, new floors throughout and all new appliances including stacked washer/dryer units, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, oven & other appliances. Beautifully redone bathrooms and kitchen - fully stocked with all your cooking essentials! Our home is great for couples, singles, business partners, friends or families.

We work closely with local and traveling artists to decorate our home and walls - All the art on the walls is for sale by artist and can be delivered to your home for an additional cost. If you are an artist or art lover, this is THE *Denver* niche space for you!

There are 2 Private bedrooms and 2 common areas with twin daybeds.

- The main floor daybed includes a 48" LED with Apple TV & sound bar.

- The upper daybed has an office/work space and access to a private balcony overlooking the Denver city skyline. Each private bedroom has a Queen memory foam mattress.

- BR 1 includes a 32" LED Smart TV and its own private bathroom.

- BR 2 includes a small workspace with vanity and 50" LED with Apple TV.

There is another full bathroom at the end of the hall and a half bath on the main floor.

Kitchen includes: Assorted pots, pans, utensils, mixing bowls, cutting boards, dish ware, bake ware & drink ware. Onsite we have a tea kettle, blender and coffee machine along with complimentary coffee, assorted creamers and sweeteners plus assorted snacks & breakfast bars. There is a first aid kit & a variety of medicine in the kitchen cabinet. Please be sure to clean what you use and gently care for ceramics.

We pride ourselves on being an Eco Friendly & luxuriously sustainable living space and have included both trash, recycling and compost along with easy to understand "yes/no" & "how to" lists for each bin. Please help us save our planet and leave the world a better place! All of our plants are real and we take good care of them so please *DO NOT WATER* <3
