There is also access to the terrace from the kitchen. A separate guest WC completes the offer on the upper floor.

Lower floor: The lower floor offers a 25 m² double room with a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm), shower/WC-Closomat and double washbasin as well as an exit to the terrace. A children's room is equipped with a bunk bed (80 cm x 200 cm). A further double room measuring 20 m² also has a double bed (160 cm x 200 cm). There is also a separate bathroom/WC with double washbasin.

Outdoor area: The house has a large terrace with patio furniture, parasol, a seating area for six people, outdoor shower and barbecue. The terraced plot (500 m²) is surrounded by palm trees and offers an idyllic retreat. There is a 250v socket in the car park but no wallbox.
Please note that a new detached house is being built on the neighbouring plot - completion of the interior work around summer 2025.

Excursion possibilities: Swiss Miniature 3km, Morcote, Piazza Grande 3km, Lugano 10 km. Well-known lakes in the surrounding area are within easy reach: Lago di Como, Cernobbio 28km, Lago Maggiore, Locarno 50km.
